Abigail J. Moser

Abby is an associate attorney at Fisher, Bren & Sheridan, LLP, where she brings a fresh perspective, sharp analytical instincts, and a genuine commitment to client service in her practice. Abby blends strong legal research and writing skills with an ability to break down complicated facts into clear, strategic solutions.

Abby’s foundation as an advocate was shaped during her recent clerkship with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Minnesota. While there, she gained hands-on experience drafting motions and memoranda, assisting with litigation strategy, reviewing evidence, and supporting federal prosecutors from initial investigations through trial preparation. This role cultivated her discipline, precision, and ability to deliver under pressure.

Prior to that clerkship, Abby worked in private practice, where she built strong habits in client communication, case management, and research-intensive support across multiple practice areas—including family law, landlord-tenant matters, estate planning, contract disputes, and corporate issues. This broad exposure sharpened her adaptability and reinforced her dedication to delivering organized, high-quality work.

Abby earned her Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. She also served as an Editor for the University of St. Thomas Law Journal, where she refined her editorial skills and attention to detail by reviewing and editing scholarly submissions.

Service is a core part of who Abby is. With several hundred volunteer hours across legal and community organizations, she is driven by a belief that the law is not just a profession, but a way to meaningfully support others.
