Natalie R. Paule

Natalie Paule brings substantial litigation and trial experience, strategic advocacy, and sharp legal insight to Fisher, Bren & Sheridan, LLP. Focusing on civil litigation and insurance defense, she leverages extensive courtroom experience and a disciplined, results-oriented approach to deliver effective representation for the firm’s clients.

Prior to transitioning into civil practice, Natalie served as an Assistant Public Defender with the Minnesota Board of Public Defense, representing clients in felony, gross misdemeanor, and misdemeanor matters. Her background includes evidentiary hearings, jury trials, motion practice, appellate briefing, sentencing advocacy, and extensive courtroom litigation.

Natalie previously operated her own law practice, representing clients in both state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels, including matters before the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Her experience also includes a broad range of civil matters, including implied consent proceedings, landlord disputes, and harassment restraining orders, as well as trial work in high-profile criminal cases.

Natalie’s background in complex litigation has shaped her thoughtful and disciplined approach to client advocacy. Drawing from years of courtroom and trial experience, she brings strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and a practical perspective on every matter. She is committed to providing clients with strategic counsel, responsive communication, and effective advocacy throughout all stages of litigation.

Natalie earned her Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Sociology of Law, Criminology, and Deviance from the University of Minnesota.
