• Liam P. Nuhring

Liam Nuhring brings valuable litigation and courtroom experience to his civil practice at Fisher, Bren & Sheridan, LLP. Having previously managed a high volume of complex cases in his role as a criminal prosecutor, he is well-equipped to handle a diverse range of legal matters with precision, efficiency, and strategic insight.

As a former prosecutor, Liam managed more than four-hundred cases at any given time. His caseload ran the full spectrum, ranging from misdemeanor traffic offenses to violent felonies. He was involved in all critical stages of criminal proceedings, from the initial bail hearing through verdict at jury trial.

Liam’s experience managing a large caseload, prioritizing tasks, and delivering successful outcomes in high-pressure situations has only acted to further strengthen his legal acumen and problem-solving capabilities. His abilities are best exemplified by his success at trial, having obtained successful jury verdicts time and time again.

Prior to his time as a prosecutor, Liam worked as a public defender and simultaneously managed his own private firm after his time clerking for the Honorable David N. Lutz, chambered in Dakota County.

Liam also has prior experience in a variety of civil matters, including the litigation of non-compete agreements, sales representative disputes, transportation and brewery regulations, real property disputes, unlawful termination, ADA compliance, and contract matters.

Liam is now utilizing his skills, attention to detail, and strategic thinking developed over years of his practice to serve Fisher, Bren & Sheridan’s clients. His strong case management skills, his commitment to thorough legal analysis, and his results-driven approach to each case serve our clients well. Whether working on contract negotiations, legal disputes, or other civil cases, he brings the same dedication, organization, and problem-solving abilities to provide our clients with strategic, high-quality legal counsel.
