    With over 20 combined years of legal and business experience, Doug Mac Arthur offers a unique perspective on construction law. This experience combines deep legal expertise, with firsthand experience as a business owner in the construction industry. Having founded and run a successful construction business prior to becoming an attorney, Doug understands the challenges that business owners face and brings that invaluable insight into his legal practice.

     

    Doug gained extensive experience in both law firms and in-house settings, navigating business and legal strategies in complex construction disputes, contract negotiations, business law, and risk management, and now brings that experience to Fisher, Bren & Sheridan LLP where his legal career began. His dual expertise in both law and business operations allows him to offer clients practical, result-oriented solutions that address both the legal and business aspects of their needs.

     

    Now as a partner at Fisher, Bren & Sheridan LLP, Doug is dedicated to helping our clients navigate the complex landscape of construction and business law with a holistic, client-focused approach. His background in running a construction business makes him uniquely qualified to advise on everything from contract drafting and dispute resolution, to strategic growth and risk management that protect and grow our client’s best interests.

  • Dong J. Lee

    Dong is a civil litigation attorney practicing in a range of areas. He earned his J.D. with a concentration in civil litigation from the University of Minnesota Law School. During his time at law school, he represented clients as a licensed student attorney and supervised other student attorneys as a student director in the Robins Kaplan Civil Practice Clinic. He was also a managing editor of the Minnesota Journal of International Law where he earned the Outstanding Editor Award. After graduating law school, he worked in the chambers of the Honorable Mary R. Vasaly and the Honorable Bruce A. Peterson, Judges of the Fourth Judicial District Court.

     

    Dong is a member of the Minnesota State Bar. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association, and Minnesota Asian Pacific American Bar Association.
