Jenna Bergman

Jenna Bergman is a civil litigation attorney at Fisher, Bren & Sheridan, LLP. Her practice spans a broad range of matters, including personal injury, wrongful death, construction disputes, premises liability, product liability, professional liability, and no-fault arbitrations. She also has substantial appellate experience, having briefed and argued more than a dozen appeals.

Jenna's legal career began before law school, working for several years as a legal assistant at a civil litigation firm. During law school, she further sharpened her advocacy skills as a member of the trial team and Director of the Moot Court Board. She was inducted into the Order of the Barristers in recognition of her excellence in brief writing and oral advocacy, and she continues to give back by judging trial advocacy and moot court competitions throughout North Dakota and Minnesota.

Jenna served as a judicial law clerk for the South Central Judicial District in North Dakota before practicing personal injury law in the Twin Cities. Earlier in her career, she worked as a student prosecutor with the State's Attorney's Office, where she gained significant courtroom

experience-first-chairing felony trials, including armed robbery and burglary cases, and second-chairing a murder trial and its subsequent appeal.

She established her expertise in Minnesota no-fault law through her work on more than 50 arbitration hearings, earning a reputation for detailed, strategic advocacy in complex insurance matters.

Jenna's well-rounded background from criminal prosecution and judicial clerking to civil litigation and appeals gives her a strategic, results-driven perspective that benefits Fisher, Bren & Sheridan, LLP's clients every day.

Outside of the office, Jenna is also passionately involved in her community, volunteering with the West Maka Ska Neighborhood organization on projects including fundraising, Habitat for Humanity builds, community clean-ups, and neighborhood events.
